HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED


Information provided by mobile application


You must provide us with personal information including your name, phone number, and email address. Our App may also collect device information and push notification tokens in order to provide you with the best service. We may record information that your device routinely shares, such as device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and the date and time of your interactions with the App. This data helps us improve our services and ensure security.


PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE


To use our services, you must create an account on the App. To establish your account, we will ask for personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including your name, phone number, and email address. For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may also request identity documents and photographs to comply with financial regulations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Other than basic information that we need to establish your account, it will be up to you to decide how much information to share as part of your profile. We encourage you to think carefully about the information that you share and we recommend that you guard your identity and your sensitive information. You can review and revise your profile at any time through the App settings.


FINANCIAL AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION


To provide our digital wallet services, we collect and store the following financial information:

- Transaction history (amounts, dates, recipients, and transaction types);

- Wallet balance information;

- Withdrawal details (Mobile Money numbers for M-Pesa, Orange Money, and Airtel Money);

- PIN code (stored in encrypted form for transaction authentication).


This information is necessary to process your transactions, maintain your account, and comply with applicable financial regulations.


HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION


We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- To create and manage your Tayari account;

- To process financial transactions (send money, receive money, withdrawals);
